it was an horrible experience staying there due to early check in i was charged 1500 despite which altogether costed my stay which i could have spent to stay at a 3 star or more suddenly my room was filled with water due to the rain. the tv was not working at all , when i complained this to a staff he said would come to fix it in an hour but didn't came back the bathroom sucked the blanket had a stain also the telephone was broken and was sticked together through a cello tape huh...what a worse thing to do

i had a wonderful stay at hotel kridha residency in vrindavan. the location is excellent, very convenient and close to major temples, which made getting around so easy. the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. the food was also delicious and freshly prepared, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. highly recommended for anyone visiting vrindavan looking for a peaceful and pleasant experience.

hotel location is good but breakfast serve in buffet qualify was very poor. mini refrigerator was not available at room. so concerning these two bad experience stay was average.

Hotel receptionist and staffs at front are rude and non supportive. hotel receptionist asked extra money for early 4 hrs check in. For 4 hr early check-in, they told me to pay extra Rs.1500 whereas i already paid 2 days hotel stay charges to hotel. After arguments hotel team reduced charges to Rs.1000 for 4hr early check in.
Just to early 4 hrs check in I paid extra Rs.1000 to hotel then they allowed me to checked in the hotel. that's worst experience I had till now . it's loot.

I recently stayed at hotel for a one days, and my experience was a mix of positives and areas for improvement.
The location of the hotel is excellent, close to key attractions and public transport. The staff were polite and helpful, ensuring the check-in and check-out processes went smoothly.
