I must start with appreciating the hotel manager. He was a thorough gentleman. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent hotel booking made through your platform.I had booked a stay at KRISH ROOMS & STAY, Chennai, for two nights from 15th to 17th June 2025, via Goibibo. it is the worst maintenance hotel rooms, dirty pillows and blankets,even they are not given bed covers on beds .

this room is good and ok compared to my previous stay room in which ac was noisy. this room ac is good and not noisy. only problem is lift not available and room service partial.

Staff was very arrogant. It was like an old college hostel. Cockroaches swarmed the room and the painting was peeling off everywhere. Only plus was the location and the Aircon.
Staff was not serving well and was arrogant.

My experience was good.
Location and hotel both are nice.
Hotel is near from highway (GST road) but no highway sound, it's good for relaxation
