Hotel rooms are good but Door key is not working & after informing staff they take this very casually & no solution on same.
If hotel staff aware about the issue either resolve it else give other room.

I have called the reception thrice and it has been more than 40 minutes since I have called them.They are not giving a basic amenity like soap/handwash.That’s highly non-hygienic & poor service.A soap/handwash is the first thing to be kept in toilets but the staff is too arrogant to even provide it after requesting them thrice & wait is for more than 40 minutes, I still haven’t received it.Very poor!

The hotel is situated in centre of city. They have big parking space but services are very slow and poor. I have asked for room spray as when i opened the room it was badly stinking.
Room service is not as expected .
Comfort was not there it was stinking and there was no other room available.

I am Amazed by the quality of service provided by the staff. Every concern and Query is met by adequate response by the staff. Earlier, I had one complaint about tea, but that was handled within minutes by The Cheff alongwith Amazing Food quality and taste. I wish Good Luck to the staff and Management.
