hotel was indeed very good.. i booked a hotel named "krishna cottage" in vrindavan. while i reached the hotel krishna cottage, hotel staff told me that there is no such booking. now this is the horrible part, some landline number is there, you keep calling, calling, but you can't talk, just automated response, also there was no option to cancel booking also. totally hopeless situation, when you are with family and lots of luggage. i also got contact number of area manager, but he cut my call and ...more

how can such property be listed and what credibility gobibo has if they are not conducting audit of all listed properties. your brand will end soon the property is not a hotel it's a dharashala and should be delisted

It is located at a very good location, but the overall service is very bad. The rooms are dirty, bathroom is not cleaned, Television screens broken and insects all around the room and bed

Stay experience is horrible as minimum facilities were not available. Like TV is not running, condition of bathroom was poor. Only one towel was provided. There is no restaurant and serving road side food for breakfast. Taking too much money as tarrif. The owner should be punished or hotel to be shut down immediately as they are just looting money from customers. These are some photos of room. Totally waste money. Pls take action.

The correct address of this Hotel is near Radha Teela. The staff was very co operative but the condition of rooms is not as per the price being charged..Still close to Prem Mandir Iskon Temple makes it choicable
