very unprofessional manager named Vishal. He don't know how to talk to ladies. Buckets and mugs were extremely dirty. Towels were stinking. Total 3 rooms were taken. In which in one room AC was not working. Manager takes money in personal account. The asks us to use their their cab services but they don't standby up to their commitments. Drivers were also purely unprofessional. Rates were competitive but they don't know how to talk to their customers. Experienced in hotel manager was not talking ...more

No sense of cleanliness in this hotel, seepage problem, walls are infested with moulds and cracks, dirty floor of washroom. Only breakfast offered is aloo parataha and poha only, the only advantage is proximity to the sri dwarkadhish temple. Staff is helpful. Please look for some other hotel.
