Hotel is good but very poor service. Hotel staff are not supportive and bad service
for any requirement you have to call thrice and wait atleast 15 to 20 min.
Rooms is good, spacious.

absolutely absurd,non professional services,very bad house keeping staff specially the restaurant waiters for room service.
one of staff statement was YA TOH ONION MELAGA YA TOH AACHAR..DONO NAHI.
I have never experienced this kind of verbal nonsense.
IN short the big nice hotel is handled by unprofessional staff and management or the owners doesn't care or are not aware.

as we are new to places , as corporate employees, we frequently move from one city to another, so you should provide a toolkit with essentials like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and hair oil. we have received the hair oil, but the toothbrush and toothpaste should also be provided.

The hotel location is near the bus stand.The hotel amenities,food are on average,
Bedsheet,pillow cover and towel are not properly clean.
This hotel MMP plan is westing of the money for lunch or dinner.
only a limited thali system there and no choice more.
