Krishna international refused booking and asked for more money. We were given booking in another hotel , rooms were fine but the service by the hotel is extremely poor. Staff is very rude irresponsible and lazy in giving any service unless told 10 times. Shameful

my check in was denied by hotel.I've to pay extra double price to stay in hotel as I was with infant kids and can't explore any hotels in taxi.overall worst experience with hotel and non cooperating.

Received used room and inspite of shifting 3 rooms all the rooms are in very dirty condition, road leading to hotel is also very narrow. There is no staff for cleaning and no front office staff. There is one watchmen who takes care of everything. Out of my 8 days stay in hotel, on the first day itself water was not coming when i was taking bath, next day evening also water stopped, from bathroom i had to go running to search for the only watchman employee to ask him to switch on motor. This hotel has been becoming worst day by day. I booked this hotel 20 days in advance. While reaching, they said you could have called us 2, 3 days in advance now all rooms are occupied. When I said that my booking was confirmed by you then why should I have called you? Then in a rude manner, the receptionist said talk to the goibibo from where you have booked and they denied the check in. It is very third class hotel ,AC not working,no power backup,No service ,towel, soap,no one to listen And owner says you have booked from we are not responsible for services

It does seem like hotel... It is more like dharamshala where no soap is provided, no T. V, no intercom for reception, faulty switches, dirty basement for parking, leakage in bathrooms.. I didn't order from food there( better to eat outside.. However before entering the room, I make clear to the staff to provide the room with no dirty smells so the mop the room with cleaner.. As I have to spend one day only so just manage it..

Rooms are spacious. Staff is cooperative and nice. The biggest problem is they don't know how to cook food. Rooms don't have phone or bell to ring counter. Rooms and whole gallery is full of dust. Underground Parking is like old store and one can get good training to park a car as there are hundreds of hurdles lying on ground. Overall one cannot visit again here with bundle of problems.
