The room was not cleaned. The washroom was so smelly. The bedsheets and blankets were not washed. AC was not working and the fan was so noisy. The staff was not attentive; once they will get their money they will not be coming for the services. Just don't book this hotel without visiting this hotel.

I have list of issues in this hotel that I have faced in my 3 days (1) wifi is just for showcase .(do not except it will work)(2) hotel staffs expect spoon feeding (they don't know how to server their customer . I stayed here for 3 days and they did not clean room even single day,when I request him to please change my bed sheet then they change)(3) TV is also only for show case .I don't even understand without set-up box and wifi how any one can use this (4) door lock is very horrible, if you ha ...more

I had an amazing experience staying here. All staff members are super helpful and cheerful. The food is outstanding. And the rooms offer the level of comfort I needed being on a hectic work schedule. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to varindavan

Such a nice hotel to stay in. Very welcoming staff. Great location. This is my second time staying there and I have always been recommending it for my family and friends, except that this time I didn’t like the cleanliness of the floor carpet.

Hotel is perfectly fine and staffs are amazing. Rooms are clean and neat. Service is outstanding especially James in the Reception. His smile and handling all the requests to deliver in time is really impressive and glad that I met such a decent staff in this Hotel. Love it ❤

Best hotel ever to have a relaxation.
The room is stunning and the staffs are smart and professional.
Shouting out to James who is going to extra-mile service adding on fabulous smile being ready to help. He’s got full of knowledge about the city and even knew the spots of special amuse.
The room service is boom to deliver the order on time. The housekeeping team always shows professionals.
Love this hotel and can’t wait to be back soon
