Horrible Conditions of Rooms and Contaminated Food, Suffred Food Poisoning after eating .
Hotel is very OLD, staff told built up in 1997 meaning in 2025 it is 28 YEARS OLD.
Broken FLush Toilet, Filthy Room Sofa and Tables. Reached hotel late at around 11 PM after eating suffered food poisoning and just checked out early morning at 6:30 AM. at check out time reception staff added someone else room bill in my bill than later apologized and corrected.
Don't book better sleep in car than to stay in this disgusting hotel.

although the property is nice but the service is pathetic ….inspite of several reminders about the extra bed …it was not done …though we have paid extra for it

Not at all worth. No locker in room, very bad towel qualities even not provided hand towels, no hot water every time u hv to contact reception for hot water, no business channels provided inspite of several requests, very bad breakfast, wash basin leaking, not proper filling of tea bags inspite of requests, bed lights were broken should be taken care of by hotel mgmt etc ever worst experience

Hotel rooms were in very bad shape, no paiting, no cleaning, bat room wa very bad looking, wash basin was in bad state, bath room door fully termite damaged, staff does not respond for hours, extra bed as per booking bwas not given inspite of repeated reminders till 11 pmOverall the hotel is not worth for the money paidWe went with family of ten PPL and the expectation as per photos are not at all satified

My stay at Hotel Krishna Palace was a complete nightmare. The room was filthy, with stained sheets, a foul smell, and malfunctioning air conditioning. I cannot even change the temperature of Ac. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold and no hot water. Once after taking a bath, water accumulated in the bathroom which could not be drained out due to clogging of the drain.
