badly maintained rooms. access to city is bad. service response is good. as the waterpark is closed the maintenance went down in other areas.only for couple getaway

There was no crowd in the hotel as we are only there. According to the price, It was not up to the mark. The location was only good as hotel was situated on the highway.No housekeeping over there. The phone was not working in the room, not connected to the reception and bathroom condition was very bad.

The Resort was very nice. Awesome place to relax and enjoy with family. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property were perfect. The staff was helpful. Overall a satisfactory stay.
