1.) staff is super un responsive 2.) bath fittings are painful and nothing works ok 3.) breakfast is nothing just poha and paratha!!! it cost doesn't make sense for such a poor breakfast choice!. 4.) previous day they started calling me for breakfast warning that breakfast will be finished after 9:30 (while they have breakfast timings of 8-10:30) 5.) on next day I was ready for breakfast since 8 am, and I informed them that I have a bus to catch in time and requested them for breakfast on time ...more

The hotel was good. Staff and management were also good. Rooms were clean, bedsheets were spotless, and bathrooms were clean, too. The food was also good. There was a quick resolution of complaints. I recommend this hotel for families. Everything was good. Stay, staff, food, cleanliness, location, and management.

Hotel is good and rooms are clean. they have good staff and services are good. Sufficient space for parking in front of the hotel. Location is good and very near to Cosmos mall and a low traffic street. overall good experience.

1. Not taken any photo2. Room flooring was slippery due to excess use of female3. Bathroom kadi/ handle screew came out4. Continuous smell from drainage pipe line in toilet5. I appreciate Ravi who worked 24 hrs. for room svc. We checkdin at 22:40 hrs. Ravi handled our baggage both the times. He prepared n sreved tea early morning. Served n refilled breakfast n tea in restaurant. watered the plants too. Management needs improvement. Intercom in rooms was out of order. only a small shampoo sachet n mini soap was provided as toiletries. We had to ask for towels. We requested for room cleaning in the afternoon. They denied it saying we should tell them in the morning only.
