They provided me with the room next to the lift motor room which resulted in noise intermittently and was not able to sleep due to the noise, hardly slept for 4 hours between 12 midnight to 4 am, as after 4 am the lift was functioning again. I also requested them to allot any other room at 11 pm as I was not able to sleep due to lift noise, He said all the rooms are full, whereas I observed that half of the hotel was empty. At the least, he could have provided another room. It was really a bad experience.

pathetic. people don't go there,room is ok and clean,my bathroom commode was shaking(room no 401),but the worst is the service no restaurant as mentioned,no water bottles provided the towel was torn,room service is super disgusting,no food or breakfast not tea or coffee(only machine powder) stupid hotel policies(was very funny),to top it I asked for 2 plates and bowls a and spoon room boy came with a paper plate whis was covered in dust and the best part he charged me 5 rs for one,I have never s ...more

Sad pathetic hotel with no restaurant and room service,paid extra for a few more hours of check-out... people kindly don't stay here also near to the temple but pretty much inside and a lot to walk unnecessarily.book blue stone as I did the last time it's good maybe one of the best in kalahasti...
