Location is good but its not value for the money they charge. Maintenance of room is as good as government service. Extra bed was pathetic. Looked like they bought it from garbage. We didn't dare to eat in their restaurant. It was not maintained well.

the overall experience is average.
pros
1. spacious room
2. nice location
3. food is good and not costly.
cons
1. the bed sheets were dirty. felt like that they were used ones
2. we booked with breakfast and it cost rs.1,200/- more. however the actual breakfast cost was rs.520/- only. bottled water was payable during breakfast even though the booking was with breakfast.
3. one a/c in the room was not working.

The hotel was clean and located close to the fort entrance. The staff were friendly and arranged an autorickshaw to travel to the bus station. Menu options in the restaurant were limited but the food served was of good quality. There were no mosquitoes or other bugs in the room. Hot water was available for bath.

Had taken a family room with 8 beds.
basic amenities missing, no water bottle, no glasses and no towels.
Food by the restaurant is just ok, service is too late. not very professional - milk not available in the night both days for elders n kids.
Needs more improvement on the service and staff. better hospitality expected.
