There is heavy construction going on in the vicinity ,heaps of garbage and material are lying around.No room service ,no tea kettle, dirty rooms with unwashed linen.Property has seen better days not fit with current condition.

good place to stay, the hotel is right by the jog falls viewpoint but the only drawback is the entrance and the restaurant present within the premises. when there's too much rush, it's very difficult to enter the premises.

even though construction work was going on and there was less water in falls, weather was cool, food was nice at hotel and of course the AC room size was huge ... enjoyed every bit.

Lot of construction going on all around. Finding good Food is a challenge, especially Vegetarian. View from the Room is certainly Great.

food is good.. stay is nice
some small facility changes needed.. like fan full noise at full speed.. wifi is too slow.. for food serving we need to wait for waiters..
outside door bolts are very loose..
overall nice experience..

It is a very nice place for relaxing. now it is not the correct season to enjoy the complete beauty of nature, as the water is very less in falls. The hotel is good. now construction works are going on out side to upgrade the location. May be after an year it is going to be the best place to relax. try to postpone to enjoy real beauty. Hotel staffs are very nice. they are giving the best possible service with the available facility. Some maintenance work should be taken care about equipments like switch, taps AC.

amazing experience at kstdc hotel mayura gerusoppa! glad to have found this jewel just 100 meters from jog falls. ongoing construction work is causing some dust but it's ok. looking forward to a great resort coming up for next visit.
