Other than one Mr. Laxminarayan, the rest of the team do think they are the super owner of the Nandi Hill Pine Top & behave shabby with no concept of hospitality. Arrogant behaviour of the staff, no politeness at the same time refused to serve food in the room. How can one walk in the chilly weather to walk in the night to the restaurant which is far away?

we stayed in jungle view villa, very pathetic arrangements and room.. full of insects and not cleaned at all. the restaurant and stay has 2 km distance. the food at restaurant is unhygienic and we all got food poisoning after having food their.

BAD BAD BAD BAD POOR POOR POOR POOR!
Hotel is not maintained, Old beds and rooms, basic amenities were missing like electric kettle, tv not working. Bedsheets not cleaned, lights not working, washroom exhaust not working. Poor service for this huge price. Dirty towels. No AC, No food room delivery, restaurant is 200 MTRS away from rooms. Decent stay. The sunrise view rooms seemed a little over priced. There is no power backup and electricity was not there the entire morning.
Rooms were a tad bit old school. TV with cable and geyser was operational. View is good but have to step out of the room as keeping the windows and door open might cause monkeys to enter. Restaurant is just 2 mins climb from the room with decent food. All in all pretty much aberage experience but good weather sure deserve the browny points l.

bad service, need to carry own toothpaste toothbrush towels etc. power goes off frequently. multiple things are broken in room. even in gandhi nilaya. Monkey problem. dirty balcony, dirty linen. snails roaming in room. food gave stomach upset. bad food quality. only good thing was location.

One and the only place to stay at Nandi Hills, our stay was pleasent at Gandhi Nilayam, that offers a spectacular view of sunrise and sunset from the balcony.
