Hotel is located fine. But looks like not maintained. Restaurant is good, rooms are neat and clean. Lacking amenities such as Garden and pool. Property has a huge space , could be utilized in a much better way.

worst stay..., no proper hygiene, . when we checked in , gave a room with dirty bedsheets and bed spread , AC was not working, guests who checked in mid night were disturbing by ringing door bell ,

Spacious and clean hotel. Very nice and quiet. All the amenities worked. AC & 24/7 hot water is always appreciated. Helpful & responsive staff. The hotel has a restaurant which serves good meals. Had our dinners on both nights we were there. Balcony is a good place to have your morning tea. Location is good too...you can hear peacocks in the morning. Away from the main Belur temple & market area but not too far to make it a pain. The dam is right opposite the road and theres also a water sports center nearby.

I felt the accommodation is good and value for money, maintained good.
The restaurant is available on premise but the waiting time is more to get the food ready. But they have a decent menu.

great property at a superb location, near to Chennakesava temple and belur bus stand. near to the hotel you have a dam, which you can visit.
