The place was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the food in their restaurant. Easily accesible. Highly recommend this place.

A decent budget friendly hotel. Staff are quite courteous. General hospitality was good. However, it's experienced that the front desk staff was not well versed with the places of interests to guide and clear the doubts of the tourists. Needs to be given proper training as it's an important aspect in the hospitality industry.
As regards the restaurant, quality of food was good with limited options. The Wash in the restaurant needs to have a facelift. Regular attendance for cleaning the Wash and the Toilets adjacent to the restaurant also needs improvement.

no assistance available to unload / unload baggage from car. i had to do it self. no gaurd or bell boy available in the hotel.

Best in Kannur. Well maintained. Well behaved staff. Tasty food. Neat and clean rooms. Good parking space. Easy access from the highway.
