I've booked 4 Suites for my recent stay at Kukuda Resort Chittorgarh which was supposed to be "The Premium Rooms" but exactly the contrary happened to me, - AC Not working - There are spider Webs adjacent to beds (which looks unprofessional to the core)- No water in Jet Sprat in W/C washroom. (in the peak morning hours)- Fans not Swinging.- All broken hot water jugs..I paid for this horrible stay..Even I need a refund, and request GoIbibo to check the property manually before uploading it on the website with such a premium tariff.

It was a okayish experience. They didn't provide any complimentary tea and coffee swatches. The resort is more like a hotel rather than an actual resort.

The rooms are big and spacious with all necessary amenities. The overall hygiene is good. The food available is not that great. Feedback passed while checking out. Highly recommended!! Safety, peaceful, big lawn, enough parking space and family friendly hotel.

Positive Points 1. Room Size is quite large. 2. Chhittorgarh fort view from some rooms. Negative Points. 1. Morning Buffet breakfast had a very few limited menu and taste is also very bad. 2. Hotel staff service is also not good. 3. Washroom needs update. Hair dryer, shampoo, tissue paper must be provided. 4. In rooms atleast sofa or couch should be provided with proper table. They only provided plastic chairs which were uncomfortable.

property is located strategically in very good location, The detailed review are as follows : Pro's Resort and location is really good,with ample parking space, Swimming pool is clean and operated. Food and breakfast is good,although in breakfast options are limited but that is good ! Recommended for family and couple! It is a very pleasant stay in kukda resort. The fort view is very beautiful from the room no. 209. The staff service is very good and polite. The quality of food is very excellent. Suggestions: proper uniform is required for staff. Proper information has to be conveyed to tourists
