Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money Our experience was nothing short of a disaster. Multiple basic hospitality were either broken or poorly maintained: Internet and TV were not working throughout the stay. The AC was leaking continuously. The bathroom jet spray was also non-functional. The tea pouch provided was expired. The swimming pool was dirty and clearly not cleaned for days. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell upon arrival. I was expecting that we will get basic facilities from the hotel but that was not even there, so my overall experience was really bad there are multiple reasons behind that 1.No network and No wiFi 2.Swimming pool was very dirty 3.Garden and other areas are not maintained well. 4.Food was also not upto the mark they were charging 160 for Franchfries which is higher than most of the restaurants but not even frying them properly there are many more complaints regarding a food. 5.Power cut offs were also very frequent, for almost 3-4 hours power was not there in 1 night stay.

I usually don't make bookings in advance as I like to travel without feeling restricted by advance bookings. So most of my room bookings happen across the counter after seeing the rooms. This time I was traveling with family and was getting very late in night before I could reach Kumbhalgarh. Made this booking after seeing very good reviews and photos.
