Myself 'Hiren Oza' from Rajkot (Gujarat) and due to my frequent Travel schedule I have visited Bhuj city & booked the hotel 'Hotel Kutchh Palace' for stay from 4th check in & 5th check out.
At aprox 22 30 night the Enture hotel's power connectivity was stop working due to high voltage problem and since from 22 30 till morning (The entire night) I was sleepless due to non working of a.c & nit even fan....Here was no water supply & no lights and there were mosquitoes all around in the room. ...more

room size good but cleaning 🧹 is not good! washroom not proper clean but staff are good!

Rooms are good, near to airport and railway station, Very Good Service, and prompt service, they help you with cabs and auto when you need... Special thanks to roshan (manager) ...helping me in unknown city...thanks entire staff hotel kutch palace...

Newly Established Facility, Hence in OK Condition.Boys who are running the entire facility needs more Training, mainly about Meaning of Cleanliness, Understanding of Customers and their Requirements like, TV, AC, Breakfast, Drinking Water, etc. how to deal with.
