    Nice facilities and property condition more like a business hotel. The room was great but the single beds are too narrow about 40" wide. I almost fell off a couple of times. The restroom did not have shower gel filled and no hand towel. Also the shower floor towel was soiled. Finally the toilet smelled like recycled water bit it soon disappeared after a couple of flushes. Overall pleasant

    The room and the hotel facility is amazing, but the staff knowledge and behaviour is pathetic. Long wait time during check-ins, no housekeeping even if asked to do, tv/settop box not working, long wait to get internet password. The only thing that helped this hotel to be good was the quality of food and restaurant staff.

    The hotel is located right next to the highway which is very convenient. The rooms, the service, the staff everything is excellent. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are courteous. It’s worth the money. Would love to visit again.

    The rooms were not clean. The fan was full of dust. The air conditioner was controlling the temperature at its own & kept on shifting it from 20 - 24 degrees. The hotel refused to provide 10% discount on food despite it is clearly mentioned in the booking voucher.

    This hotel is located bang on highway so location wise it's good. It's calm and peaceful.When I checkedin in the night, I really liked the room as well. No complaints till then. Come morning, issue started - no hot water. They told geyser has issues so they will provide me after 10 mins. I didn't have time so i asked them for bucket as i had electric rod and could have got the hot water myself.But they didn't send quickly anyone.
