resort was nice. staff at reception was not cooperative and bit rude. ambiance, lighting and room was good. it is perticularly more suitable for wedding and other events

Place was amazing… all over amazing experience
WiFi and AC was an issue during my stay… AC creat to much noise
As it is located away from city…. Pick up drop facility from Surat railway should b available

Extremely poor service. Impolite and extremely rude sfaff. No concern for guest convenience. The manager was the worst. Basic amenities missing. Consistently denied access to facilities like indoor games. Room service was too poor. I wish there was anything positive.
