Hotel amenities are average , bed and ventilation condition was not good, fan is giving more sound and rest room facet is not there, but manger is very good and polite person , his hospitality is good.

Worst facility and maintenance. doesnt have enough parking . Villas were poorly maintained and was a nightmare to stay . I couldnt sleep whole night , trees were not maintained properly and creeping into the villa and making creepy noise

Nice location and stay at yelagiri. Resort was nice and well maintained. breakfast was good . there could have been a dining table in the hall so that it would be easy to have dinner. Privacy so that we did not disturb other neighbors.

Not well maintained rooms. Wall paints were not proper and the blanket that they had provided seemed to be very old. Food was too oily and they also provided dirty plates. Staff behavior was good.

Totally dissatisfied with quality of infra & services at property booked. Unclean rooms, torn bed sheets , broken furniture , no ceiling fan at TV room, no toiletries provided inspites repated reminders , insensitive manager & staff , food quality bad, TV not working, total waste of hard earned money.poor/ irresponsible attitude of hotel manager and his team, bad rooms,poor quality of food and room services, toiletries not provided.

- Superb ambience - Very friendly staffs - Good breakfast - Poorly maintened bedsheets, no floor mates in the rooms, broken doors. Dinner was not good. Need much improvement in these areas.

It's a good place to stay with your family but service is not up to the mark. You get only 2 water bottle as complementary.
