overall my experience about Hotal is below the Average not so bad but the price is much extra. in my openion.my room is super deluxe but condition of the room here in the photos.ihad a breakfast over there they send me the tea in broken kettel . the room is smiling when I switch on the AC. that's why I given 1 Star..

Rooms provided in category booked was very small and as per money I didn't see value for money.room was not ready before giving setup box was not there .some of the staff behaviour was not upto mark.one of the bitter experience

Nice hotel to stay, food was good but for breakfast you have to wait till 9.15 to 9.30 which is not acceptable as everyone have to move early.

The room was nice and cozy. Clean bathroom and bedding. Staff was co-operative and helpful but there were negative points also.Provided toiletries were NOT good at all. all bottles (shampoo, body lotion, body wash) were half-filled, seems they do refill them for each new customer.bathroom slippers, dental kit were missing which was committed while booking.They Never check room amenities before allotment.I have to ask house-keeping staff for water bottle which should be there (first thing after room allotment).
