The stay experience was good. Cleanness and hygiene was maintained. Wifi is available as a complementary. Food charges are high. Try to book always through goibibi for a better tariff plan. In Direct booking tariff is too much high.

Worst experience! Staff is so unprofessional and rude. Don't know how to speak with the guest. Paid around per night for the room and it was not even worth it. To begin with they didn't have almirah in their room. My husband came sick from Sarchu so we asked for heater in the room and the girl at the reception said "June me heater?". Who talks like this to the guest ? Nobody gave us room heater. Next morning we asked for breakfast at around 10am and they said the breakfast is over at 9:30am. I m ...more

The hotel staff in collusion with the GOIBIBO representative, Anushree are short changing the customers and are taking advantage of poor communication infrastructure facilities at LEH to ensure that the customer makes do with what they are given instead of what they have booked and paid for.

We really had a Pleasant stay in this hotel. Found everything up to the mark. Good service and hospitality. Staff was cordial. Overall the experience with this hotel is pretty good. Very good property for a couple stay.

a very nice hotel and you will have no complaints at all. food is also good even north indian food is good. wifi available at reception area only. lift is also available. .owner is very nice and friendly person.

What a classy location! Right at the center of Leh.. Everything was so lovable about Ladakh Residency! Of course the meals were some issues however the net ambience of the place made it up completely!
