Excellent and comfortable stay with great hospitality , near to leh market it is one of the best hotels in leh, stayed with 2 friends and enjoyed this luxirious experience in the hotel.

The reception staff was good. But the housekeeping staff wasn’t helpful at all. They were not even listening to what we say. They had no toiletries. No body wash, No shampooAnd the rooms were not cleaned

Very good hotel at great location with picturesque view of snow clad mountains from the room. Very polite, helpful and courteous management and staff. The Dining hall serves great food. The travel desk is very cooperative and helps in preparing best itinerary and package for sightseeing. Overall... a wonderful stay and thanks for the awesome lifetime experience of Leh Ladakh!
