Horrible service, can't believe any more. hotel kept me waiting outside for 15 minutes shifted me to another hotel

Staff behavior was not good. Amenities and services were good. locating the hotel was difficult. There was no dining facility. There was no complimentary services.

Actually lake place Guest house, has not provided any room, shifted to M/s. Warmath Hospitality room near by. Which was under maintenance.

It was overall a nice stay.the service staff/cook is little inexperienced. However the amenities are very good.
