Needs to be focus on cleanness along with inside interior. Staff was good so property should focus on to improve basic amenities .

I stayed so many times. this hotel is getting downside. Service is okay but complimentary breakfast is just stealing extra money. Housekeeping staff is good and diligent.

the spoon in the room was unwashed. the shower sink was dirty. there was no proper socket to charge our phones. only one was usable. the tables were dusty. the windows were dirty. the lights are too dim. the corridor does not look like a 3 star hotel corridor. the entry as well does not look like a 3 star hotel. and the housekeeping and room dining staff were inexperienced. there was no back up light. we had to stay in the dark for an hour at night. the housekeeping did not pick up the call when we called to ask about the lights. the guard at the gate was rude.
