This hotel does not deserve any rating, actually they are the worst in the business. i feel they are local goons who are running this. I have checked in the hotel at 3 PM and soon after hotel staff got to know that the customer has ...booking their behavior got changed immediately. They behaved with us rudely and they did not even care to provide water after requesting multiple times. and after that they started fighting with us. finally after all the mess we checked out at 7PM.

Very poor quality hotel. Torn bedsheets and used stained towels were given. Blankets were very low quality like the ones given by railways. On top of everything lizzards in the room. Had to change hotel.

I wish to express my complete displeasure at the services and comforts rendered at Hotel Lake Side Khajuraho. If you guys keep listing such hotels/ dharamshala then I will not book from your website in future and also leave enough posts on the social sites to ensure that nobody else books from GoIbibo.
