    the room condition is very bad,washroom so dirty, ac not working properly,as per the properties the prices are too high no amenities no nothing.earlier it was good when the property was under govt tourism department. after being private only the prices got increased not services and not any amenities. very poor

    i visited pololake first time. hotel staffs and management are good. hotel food services is little bit slow to serve otherwise all services are good 😊 bed and window scenary are very good

    one of the staff behaviour was not good he's not friendly enough to answer us when we asked about tea coffee complimentary he said us it's expire then electric kettle was not there we need to literally ask 3-4 times the cushion covers were stained with blood I didn't like my stay there n electricity problem specially in rainy days

    This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in1. They do not have lock outside the maximum room doors2. This property doesn't have a lift and we had our room on the 2nd floor3. I never saw any room service person coming to the 2nd floor.4. Telephones are not working5. They do not have proper water connection in the rooms6. They charge Rs. 30 for 1 litre water bottle + gstAll though it was the worst experience staying here for 1night after paying Rs per night. I would not come again at this property
