Bathroom was not cleaned, bedsheet had too many blood marks and dirtiness overall, lack of staff, ac not working properly, bad experience overall.

MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. UNTIDY, UNSAFE PARKING, BAD HOTEL STAFF!!!...FORGET BASIC AMENITIES ...HOTEL DID NOT EVEN PROVIDE CLEAN DRINKING WATER!!!!....HAD TO PURCHASE FROM OUTSIDE...BATHROOM TAPS...LEAKING...MOST FORGETFUL EXPERIENCE!!!.... SUGGEST TO CHECK BEFORE RECOMMENDING SUCH HOTELS!!!RUDE UNTRAINED HOTEL STAFF!!!..UNTIDY ROOMS, BATHROOMS,...UTTER WASTE OF MONEY....COULD HAVE GOT BETTER FACILITY EVEN IN A RAILWAY RETIRING ROOM!!!!

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
