The sheets and other beddings provided were very old. Expected something better.
the quality of the room/sheets and overall ambience of the room are not matching the heavy price they charge.
Location is good, but the access road leading to the hotel is in a very bad condition
breakfast: limited options are available ie idly/dosa/pongal and tea coffee.
Overall quality and taste were satisfactory

first of all, let's not expect this place to have a fantastic resort experience since it's a small place. positives: The room was spacious but the old room hence the bathrooms did not look clean( yellow stain).. this is not the cleaners fault but probably the old the building is and need some refurbishment. Thirunavakkarasu (room boy ) and Dilip( house clean) have done a fantastic job. they were available all time on request. the resort has all amenities like kids play area, volleyball, badmint ...more

Location is good and the rooms are pretty huge… the front desk managers are really nice… However, the room service was slow and the food orders weren’t delivered on time

Not value for money.Normal hotel with below average good options.
Complementary breakfast have only South Indian option.

Stay was very hospitable and food was very limited but very tasty.it's a huge property woth great leisure amenities.
Note : The hotel is under renovation so i would suggest not to book for few months here
