Hotel staff was very cooperative and good, however , there was one man who was staying in the next room and he was claimed to be owner's friend. We had booked 4 rooms so we wanted them together so that we could spend family time and we had small kids with us. That man was so rigid and misbehaved with us he was showing attitude and using abusive language and even threatened to beat as he was local person there and we were tourists. It was a very scary experience for our family just like a nightmare.

We went on an impromptu trip to Nainital recently and spent three days and two nights just chilling and unwinding in Latitude 29 By the Lake Resort. We had booked the Luxury Swiss Tent By the Lake and got a very fair deal out of it. Located in Naukuchiatal, which is approximately 25 kms from Nainital, Latitude 29 is your ticket to the wilderness. we were lucky that almost the whole resort was empty, the property is beautifully done, the tents are very comfortable. You can sit out in the night and ask for a bonfire, and look at the stars. the staff is very courteous and always ready to help. they will even run off to the nearest market and get stuff for you, including alcohol. it was a beautiful experience, definitely going here again!
