Worst experience in my whole life, they control AC & Geyser from reception, every time you have to call them to turn on AC & Geyser, all furniture were too old and broken, bathroom basin was too old and broken, TV without remote control and it's side button too were not working lived 3 days without watching TV, people usually come here for a day and I am the only person to stay here 3 days so don't listen to other they can't experience anything in 1 day.

There was no cleanliness in the room and there were cockroaches in the room, the hotel owner did not even keep a water bottle in the room. No photos were taken because the room was not right

Property has totally messed up. The same property is priced 40% less if directly booked. Moreover the amenities which were mentioned were totally unavailable like the Internet, The TV was not working. Totally misguided. Toilets completely look public.

We had booked delux ac room for 2days in laxmi mahal hotel-Udaipur But we are very disappointed by hotel management n staff n room facilities. When we reached hotel staff was not knowing about our booking then they provide a room where AC, Geyser, lift, Intercom was switched off. When we asked for Ac they said wire problem n will not start.Actually they have kept all switches in reception n do not want to give ac facilities,when we request for discount mr. Very near to city bus stand. I reached hotel at 2am and informed prior about my late check in. Staffs are very responsive and helpful. Must stay within budget.

Sorry to say your service is totally worse/horrible.No DG backup.Asking for one candel atleast for last 30 min.but no botheration from your hotel staff.You r also not picking up phone.No mosquito repellentNo ACYOU know very well that we r coming from outside and arrive late at hotel We are unable to manage to get fresh properly after long journey from Jaipur.It is not acceptable.Really surprised that how do you manage your hotel without basic amenities
