Room was not good, small washroom, you call the reception they will not pick the call in evening and night.
In my opinion it's not recommended

i hopefully booked this hotel very disappointed bcoz there is no fan in room its not a kodaikanal r ooty its very hot city ac not working properly always ppls dont like ac even family kids will suffer they dont have fan in rooms major issue breakfast is horrible all day same food dry n rough toilet is look like tiny cupboard its a pass away hotel not worthy for money service is good restaurant is realy superb but very horrible for hotel stay

it was a horrible stay and i would want my money to be refunded , as hit water was not available, the electricals were bad , the power kept tripping the whole time , bathrooms stank, wifi was not available.
please help me understand, for what are you charging 3,500/ - Per night .
One more thing I don't understand is what is 12 to 12 check out ? how is it fair for someone who has taken the hotel at 11 pm at night ?

it's a horrible place with no acces to hot water and the service is not even worth the price they charge , the bathrooms are dirty and smelly.
the fixtures are not even cleaned and nobody on the service doesn't even understand what they have to do .

Worst Room Service ever. Phone was not in working condition. Need to go to ground floor in case of any requirement.
Breakfast was supposed to be served in room. 2 part breakfast arrived with 1 hour gap after requesting.
