Smooth Check-in, Stayed over night was Good but mentioned necessity was not provided properly. Bedding set was having oil stains, Towel were dirty and on complaint the staff were making faces.

however the towels provided were bought discarded or throw away towels from some good hotel . i ordered veg thali .. and asked at the counter via room intercom with mr atharv , i don't want rice , curd/raita aand a sweet dish instead he can give me more chapati...and other extra vegetables or daal to compensate., ...after 40 mins order at 1110pm room service guy brought in salad which has kheera/cucumber and onion...both were having black black markes and also as not freshly chopped instead co ...more

bed sheet and pillow covers has not been changed. after complain.. these are changed. no breakfast call in morning however.. it was included in offer... even though we request bottle of water in morning... they denied.... only one staff available... no receptionist available at 7 am... i am surprising...
