Definitely one of the best hotels in Surat. it is very near to the railway station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I thank the staff especially the receptionist, housekeeping and at the restaurant for making my stay pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel

i stayed with family for three days. very kind and helpful staff, felt a good safety, neat and tidy rooms, a good restaurant. hotel is near to railway station and auto is always available in front of hotel. overall a good experience.

This is good Hotel. Clean and A/c fitted Reception and Rooms Breakfast was included and good choice of Breakfast (South Indian Breakfast Available) Clean rooms, regular sheets change over, cleaning. Clean toilets and washers Lift available and working Friendly staffs Room service available- it was fast. Breakfast Clean rooms Friendly staffs We stayed with 7 months kid. Enjoyed. Only booked for 1 day at the start then stayed another 2 additional days.

Overall its good. I gone with my family - wife, daughter and son and I shared my and my wife identity cards. The receptionist was raising absurd queries like husband name not mentioned in my wife's Adhar Card etc. Some etiquettes required before asking customer for these insane questions. And then he taunts that if you have not come with your children then he never allowed me to the hotel. Really Awkward.

The hotel is located in one of the busiest locations of Surat. Very close to railway station for those who travel by train. All required amenities are within reach. Hotel per se, is very clean and hygienic. Food taste is very much decent. All food items were served hot and fresh. Polite staff. Very professional. While the rooms are slightly smaller, it's worth the money spent. Overall a very good choice for business traveller's, short stay people, solo travellers.

Good Location and Clean Rooms. Tea & Coffee maker provided, but no Tea or Coffee sachets provided. No Wardrobe provided for clothes/Baggage adjustment, only a small corner whichbis not sufficient. Also, no table or Trolley is provided for In Room Dining. Breakfast is limited, but good taste. I liked the Toast and Kharee arrangement in buffet Breakfast which reminded of good old days. Overall good for Solo business travel.
