rooms are no where as lemon tree standard. a/c has been dysfunctional many times with either leakage or not cooling. window pane latch is broken. shower button is broken and not repaired making it very difficult to even press the button or pull to switch to tap or showerwalls are broken and dilapidated and room size/bed height are too small

very pathetic service i booked a smoking room however they provided me the non smoking room with the instructions a fine of 5000 for smoking the incomplete and incorrect information was shared with me the air condition was not working

This hotel was okayish, definitely not upto the mark of other Lemon Tree hotels I have been too, rooms were sparsely maintained, room service was on low side

Great experience staying in this property. Very friendly staff, full hygiene, tasty food, gym facility available. Highly recommended for family and all traveling for business Not enough play area for kids. Hotel atleast should have an indoor games area for kids

Had a good stay at Lemon Tree Alwar. Impressed with the courtesy of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel and somewhat with the buffet spread though there definitely exists scope for improvement by having bakery items in breakfast and more sweet options in dinner. The facilities mentioned are not available and the rooms are quite basic
