The reception staff needs to be more attentive and responsive to the guest requests. There were no active TV channels in room number 301, to which I requested three times, but the issue was not resolved. The laundry guy broke the button in my shirt, and I asked for needle and thread to sow it back. I asked them for the needle thread in the night, but after repeated reminders, I did not get it then in the morning again, I called three or four times for the same thing, and then the housekeeping sh ...more

I recently stayed at Lemon Tree, and it was a very nice experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming and ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The room was very spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
food was very delicious 😋😊

Citrus Restaruant is Good. Good hospitality by Restaurant staff specially i must appreciate the staff Purnima for serving food with smile on face; proactive on serving. Overall i am Happy with the experience of stay here & definitely recommend for business stay.

It was as usual a lovely stay at Lemon Tree, Banjara Hills in Hyderabad. The house keeping staff is amazing ans so is the restaurant staff, especially Ms Purnima, so kind and so attentive to the needs. Overall an awesome stay..!
