Being a solo female traveller, my first priority is safety. I must say, my experience of staying with Lemon Tree Dwarka has been amazing. My checkin was done by Ms Anjali. She personally escorted me to the room ensuring that the room is comfortable. Then i got a special call from the manager, enquiring about my stay and if everything is comfortable. Rooms and amenities were great, food was fabulous. But services especially housekeeping part is not upto the mark. Few housekeeping staffs seemed rude. 2 times it had happened that someone has ordered in his room and hotel person were delivering in my room! 2 times happened, i also acknowledged them on call that i didn't ordered it and please check it. property and locations are very good but hospitality was average. They neither offered any welcome drink nor offered to take the luggage in room which is very basic. we have to ask them to bring luggage to the room. Also they knocked twice a day to get feedback on the spot which was irritating but didn't ask for any feedback while checking out.
