Small room (superior) and bad spring bed and poor plug point for mobile. Food was Okay. Cleanliness was fair and service was good. Not recommended for family. Only for biz trip and that too for 1 or max 2 nights with light weight bodies. Hefty person will feel the bed u comfortable

I had a truly pleasant stay at the hotel, made exceptional by the outstanding hospitality and overall experience. The facilities were great, but what truly stood out was the fitness support provided during my stay.

I gave 3 stars for service quality & cleanliness due to the following reasons
1. I tried multiple times to reach out to reception/frontdesk to inform late check-in. The IVRS based options were pathetic and unable to connect and connected once but call quality was very poor
2. I informed checkout and requested for bell boy to carry luggage. It was delayed by 15 min as a result it was rush hour to airport.
3. Bed linens were not up to the 5 star standards and room did not smell good.
