It was a nice properly however i see service could be improved as there is very less option to eat because of absence of a running kitchen.

cleanliness is something , they will have to improve. while entering you dont get a feel of a hotel. it looks you are entering a dilapidated property. dining hall ambience was poor.
lobby was smelling.
infrastructure is good but poorly maintained.
out door area , parking area needed cleaning

The hotel is one of the best in Leh and is extremely beautiful. Its one of the best places to stay in Leh and is definitely worth the price. It is slightly far from the main city but it is all worth it. The staff is helpful and friendly and take very good care of their guests.
