We had mixed feelings about our stay The goods: 1: Friendly staff 2: Great view from hotel room The bad: 1: we booked 3 rooms but got only one at the right time, it got almost 2 hours to get all 3 rooms ready 2: The property is about 200 meters from parking and the path is very inclined 3: one of the rooms was having broken tv and another was not having the geaser woking

Nice Experience @ Life Resorts Kanatal. Pros : Excellent View, Polite & helpful behavior, Great food. Cons : Trail to reach hotel is a 100 meter steep hike & cottages need to be maintained in good condition. Advise travelers to carry mosquito & insect repellents.

Location is very good however hotel staff and service are pathetic . I will never suggest for stay .
