room was clean, staff was helping and supportive, location is good, food quality (veg thali and amboli) was good price was reasonable. the only negative aspect was mosquitoes in room. they need to do something about it.

hotel is located somewhat near the bazar peth. rooms were very clean. staff looks very much responsive towards their duties. restaurant is uptodate. basement parking is provided. snacks was tasty and hygienic. rates are reasonable. overall our experience was good.

Worst stay that I ever had in a decade. Simple Dharmashala or so called no frills Lodge offers better value for money than this hotel. To start with A/C was not working properly, no cooling, not even a ceiling fan. Room had cobweb, sofa was broken, mattress was not cleaned for months, bathroom's exhaust was not working, no Electric backup. Zero choices for complimentary breakfast, exorbitant rate where there is no meaning.
