hotel location is a prime reason i booked hotel, it is very close to taj mahal. locationwise this hotel is great to choose.
rooms were not clean, blanket was very dirty, even bed sheet and pillow colour were not cleaned. morning i was looking for hotel staff, no one was available, not even at the reception.
shower doesn't work properly, took bath with mug. toilet jet is in very bad condition.
overall, 2/5

Very Very bad service. i am very shocked when i am entring the room. i am booked 3 rooms for 10 peoples but he give 3 small rooms with single doubled, now what can I say about how I would have managed. And to top it off, they don't even know how to provide room service to guests. And when we asked them what we would get for breakfast, they said it was not with the room, then we showed them our booking, you will be surprised to hear what they gave us, they only gave us 1 Aloo Paratha per person. ...more

hotel didn't have basic facilities like drinking water.
caretaker asked for money everytime for any service.
AC was not working at all.
The main gate of the hotel was not properly closed at night time. So there were security issues at night.

walk able distance from taj mahal, courteous and helpful staff, they have a dhaba in their building and opposite to their place and the food was wonderful. we were 3 ladies with 2 kids and our stay was safe and smooth. food available very close, helpful staff, very close to taj mahal, cabs/autos were available near their location.

pros: walkable distance from Taj Mahal East entry gate.
cons: booked 2 rooms. the bathroom in both the rooms had rusty taps and washbasin.
and one room was smelling really bad like a sewage opening.
