I reached hotel at 11 pm and i was mentioned by the staff that i would have to pay more ! I had to wait till 12 am when **** customer care helped resolve the issue ! The geyser was not working and the airconditioning unit was dysfunctional

When i reach the hotel. Hotel deney my booking and say we not accpeting the payment if you stay here so pay at cash.. oyo shift my booking in other hotel
