It was a very dirty room. Nothing was as it was in the photos. There was already garbage in the dustbin. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. It was so dirty that no one could take a bath. It was shown online that toiletries would be available, but they were not there. There was a TV but it did not work, only for display. There was no room service facility. Got simple roti after ordering butter roti. Very bad servicing. In the morning, the lock of the room did not open. We have been stuck in the ...more
