the stay was okay. room was not clean and very dusty. room service was not attentive to the order and took a very long time to serve. water as well was not served when asked for. would not stay again.

very bad experience from Lords group of hotel. Only 3 items at breakfast and its hygiene level very poor. The food tastes bad. very disappointing service from Lords Group Hotel.

Bathroom not cleaned floor slippy bucket & mug not cleaned. No sitting stool in bathroom given even after demand request being senior citizen.No Phenoyil used while clean in room floor. No extra hours given after checkout being Late train departure inspite Hotel. Rooms all empty. No Breakfast given Yes sir

I have booked it for a corporate meeting. As the train was cancelled I travelled by bus and I reached the hotel at the earliest morning 5:00am. I have requested that staff allow me to stay in another room because the check in is not available. As I am a single lady and reached early and I have also requested to please allow me for another room but they make me wait for 4hours and I have to wait in the restaurant before checked in.
