No decision making people available. For everything asked, only one standard answer.. I will.ask my senior and revert. The response never comes...
Poor Management considering Access pass, type of package taken and eventough complete restaurant was empty, providing table takes 30 mins as they have to confirm with someone..which we never knew who was it...

Bad stay as rooms are smelling some Gatar smell is coming in the room small room, room service is very slow they takes 30 to 45 minutes to send anything you want

The hotel is at a prominent location. All the people passing by Rajkot and travelling to Dwarka and Jamnagar (or maybe vice versa) can stay at this property as it is at the very entry/end of Rajkot.They maintain cleanliness in all the parts and corners of the property. All the rooms are well planned and maintained. this is a very good hotel, the behaviour of the staff is very good, the cleanliness of the floor is very good in the entire hotel. the rooms are very comfortable and clean.
bathroom is very clean. next time i come to rajkot i will stay in this hotel.worth of money.
