Rooms are much smaller than shown in HD pictures. No mountain view as advertised. No private balcony; and no chairs in the common balcony area. Poor and limited breakfast options. Located in a narrow street of Rishikesh, difficult to access. Overall, a very poor and disappointing experience. 1.Small room 2.Very Few breakfast options 3.Old furniture 4.Narrow street location 5.Not worth it

I stayed for 2 days at this place in 2 premium rooms with family. Good: Rooms are spacious, washrooms are tidy. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and the staff was nice too. Bad: Balconies are not clean. These are not looked after for months it seems. For 1 of the rooms, door lock wasn't working. Every time I had to call the staff to unlock the door. It was a very hassle-free check in and check out staff were polite and room service was good we have only one issue that the variety in food was not much. Breakfast items were hardly 3 4 options while dinner options were very less. Hotel location is not on road it was lill inside the small street so it was lill tough to find at first. We were 3 adult and 1 child we all were accommodated in single room that was good they have restaurant on the top flour that was so convenient.

Pros - 1. Location is nice. 2. Kitchen staff is too cooperative and nice. 3. Food is good. 4. Bathroom was clean. Cons - 1. No proper parking arrangement. Only 2 cars can be parked at a time. 2. Quite untidy rooms. 3. Balcony is joint with other room along with staircase on the side. Also balcony was too untidy. 4. Appliances in the room were not working. 5. Lock of the room was not proper. 6. Flush was also not working properly in the bathroom. Overall experience was bad as there were many issues like cleanliness, parking etc.

They don't provide regular water/R. O. water at request and then charge Rs. 30 for each Mineral water bottle without providing bill.
